Good location, 5 minutes' walk to a grand square. Breakfast with fruits, fresh juice plus bread rolls. Early check-in, parking nearby...

The location near the city center was perfect for us because it allowed us to enjoy a relatively quiet area while still being within a 15-minute walk to the main plaza.

Nothing we didn't like to be fair.

A lovely family run hotel that feels like your home as soon as you step in. Antonio is the perfect host and the rest of his family are friendly and Papi is funny and charming!!! Breakfast on the terrace was a real treat and you can even get a beer or a pisco sour in the bar of an evening. Only a 10 minute walk to the Plaza de Armas so it's also very quiet as it's away from the main drag. We'd definitely go back!

Excellent does not even begin to describe how wonderful everything at this hotel is! The staff made us feel a part of their family from beginning to end. Antonio even walked us to the bus office to change our ticket. "Pappi" brought us snacks as we sat on the terrace and shared stories with us. During our stay we had to conduct some business and once again, Antonio went out of his way to facilitate what we needed to get things resolved. We felt at home in Arequipa, largely because of this hotel - we even extended our stay by a day.

Lovely building, quiet area, 15 min walk to plaza, good breakfast, attentive manager, reliable wifi.

The staffs were really friendly and always available to help us for anything. If you want to stay in a cozy atmosphere like at your own home, this hotel is for you! The breakfast in the roofterrace was delicious and enough and the location is also excellent. Just 5 minutes walk from the city center.

Friendly staff, quirky rooms and seating areas, great location close to main square, lackluster but filling breakfast.

It is fairly clean and modern hotel with convenient private parking. Also, the location is peaceful and handy, minutes from Bolognesi Bridge. The venue provides an excellent service. Thanks very much for the stay in this property - would stay here again.

Location is a bit off and not the most pleasant walk but OK.

The rooms were fabulous and quiet with comfortable beds. the location was peaceful and handy for our visit to the city. - Just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. - Walking distance to a large shopping center and a mall across the street.

Travelling around the world with our two kids we were looking for a quit and confortable place to stay for 5 nights, which we perfectly find at the Posada Nueva Espana. We liked the friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The owners were all time available and helped us in many ways (ie: by sending a taxi to pick us up at the Airport or getting the bus tickets for us at the end of our stay to move to our next destination in Peru). This hotel is a secure and cozy place and if ever we will return to Arequipa we would stay there again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with everything - the atmosphere is incredibly homely and informal. We felt very at home and relaxed.

Clean and comfortable room. Good location, close to main attractions.

No potable water provided, had to buy our own. Outdoor patio for breakfast was cold in the early morning.
